Our Paso Robles wines hail from our select local vineyards and will later incorporate fruit from our new Paso Robles estate when the vines reach bearing maturity. Here, we focus on small lots of classic Bordeaux varietals that excel in the region. Paso Robles offers considerable solar energy for developing fully defined flavors and sufficient natural cooling for maintaining excellent balance and structure, resulting in wines of stunning quality and character.  

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon – Paso Robles

The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Camatta Hills and Premier Vista vineyards in Paso Robles. This wine begins with complex aromas of blueberry, cheffy and tobacco. A rich, chewy texture unfolds with high-toned flavors of black cherry and plum with hints of coffee, mint and vanilla bean. Accents of chocolate accompany supple tannins on a long, juicy finish.
