2006 Chardonnay Vineyard Select – Central Coast

The 2006 Chardonnay comes from our estate vineyards in coastal Santa Barbara County. It begins with a bright bouquet of pear and golden apple with accents of caramel. Crisp flavors of melon, guava, honey and citrus unfold across a rich, balanced texture. The finish is long and clean, with lingering mineral nuances. This wine is a particularly nice match for fettucine alfredo, sautéed shrimp and scallops, and citrus broiled chicken.

2006 Riesling Vineyard Select – Central Coast

Our 2006 Riesling is a blend of fruit from our estate vineyards in Santa Barbara County and select vineyards in Monterey County. It offers delicate aromas of pear, honesuckle and lemon zest. The texture is fresh and clean, with graceful flavors of apricot, honey, melon and nutty spice. Natural sweetness is harnessed by brisk acidity for a refreshingly balanced off-dry finish.

2004 Merlot Vineyard Select – Central Coast

Our 2004 Merlot is a blend of fruit from select vineyards in Paso Robles and our own estate in the Santa Ynez Valley. These two Central Coast appellations boast ideal conditions for the cultivation of ripe, balanced Merlot. The 2004 vintage offers a complex bouquet of black fruits, cola and cedar. A rich, smooth texture brings deep flavors of black cherry, plum and mocha. Accents of spice accompany supple tannins on a full, lingering finish.

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard Select – Central Coast

Our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of fruit from select vineyards in Paso Robles and the Santa Ynez Valley on California’s Central Coast. It offers ripe aromas of cherry and cassis with accents of black licorice. The mouthfeel is round and seamless, with flavors of black cherry, plum, coffee and dark chocolate. A long, even finish reveals fine tannins with a hint of spice. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a great match for char broiled flatiron steak, grilled gourmet hamburgers, hearty pastas in red sauce, and flavorful cheeses such as aged gouda.
