Cabernet Franc

Santa Ynez Valley

Founded in 1972, Firestone was the first major estate winery to sink roots in Santa Barbara County. The winery’s proximity to the Pacific Ocean, a mere 26 miles to the west, ensures a relatively mild and arid climate throughout the year, making it an ideal setting for our Cabernet Franc.

Tasting Notes

Our 2022 Cabernet Franc is chock-full of enticing aromas of cassis, raspberry, and graphite. On the palate, this wine is fresh with accents of pepper and tobacco laced with ribbons of silky tannin and delicate notes of red plum, cherry, and pomegranate. Serve with lamb with mint sauce or tri-tip BBQ for a memorable meal.
